<b>In many spiritual and philosophical traditions, ANIMA is the vital and spiritual part of a living being, distinct from the physical body.</b> Homer and his contemporaries called it ànemos: "breath," "wind." For the Orphics first and for Plato later, the ANIMA was psyché: "breath," "vital breath." <b>Psyche, beyond the meanings the term acquires in psychology or neuroscience, usually refers to the mind.</b> This labyrinth represents a stylized brain within which the story of the SOUL is represented from it origins.<br> <b>AVAILABLE IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE.</b>
The experience of death has probably generated the conviction that over time and in the visible world there is neither salvation nor truth. The soul grew out of this conviction, so it flees from time and the world towards the eternal and invisible.
